Bang & Olufsen BeoVox MS150
HEM-Audio Upgrade / exclusive loudspeaker rarities / one-offs
Item | Description
For sale is an exceptionally beautiful and very extensively restored pair of Bang & Olufsen Beo Vox MS150, one of the greatest B&O loudspeaker classics of the 1980s.
The BEOVOX MS150 with HEM Audio Upgrade are serious high-end loudspeakers, not merely a designer piece. Sonically assured, with a large soundstage, powerful deep bass, tuned rather on the warm side, not analytically sharp, very relaxed and detailed. With lovely spatial imaging and musical composure.
The cabinets have been professionally rebuilt in Dark Grey Alpha Grau, a premium lacquer from the highest quality segment. Extremely elegant and timeless. A special detail is the refined rear panel: high-grade film wrap in a brushed black stainless-steel look. As a result they look elegant not only from the front but all round — a genuine highlight, particularly when positioned free-standing.
The technical reworking / servicing comprises the testing of all driver systems including the crossovers, as well as the complete overhaul of all bass drivers, plus full Viablue Silver SC 1 internal wiring!
