Four components in a single chassis: the PAC 770 by Marantz combines a CD/RW-compatible CD player, a fully equipped cassette deck with Dolby B/C and HX-Pro, a multi-channel mixer and a powerful amplifier into one professional sound system. Superscope clearly designed the unit for real-world use — for musicians, DJs and anyone looking for a straightforward all-in-one solution.

The mixer controls four XLR microphone/line inputs plus tape, CD and a stereo aux input simultaneously and independently, each with its own gain control. The built-in power amplifier delivers 2 × 110 watts and can be bridged to 210 watts in mono. For all its features, operation remains so clear that even beginners find their way around quickly.

Our example comes from its first owner and is in very good condition both cosmetically and technically — hard to find in this state of preservation. The 36-page English manual with plenty of illustrations is included; it explains every function and lists the technical data for each section: tape, amplifier, CD player and mixer.
